RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

Full refunds and/or returns are guaranteed up to 30 days after the sale of the item if the product is not to your satisfaction, but reach out even its been longer than that! If you are not satisfied, contact us! We will ALWAYS kindly and thoughtfully consider your return/refund request!

How to Create and Ship a Return

To return an item to our company, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us immediately.
2. Please take care in repacking items; they should be returned in the same condition they were received.
3. Include a copy of the original order number, and reason for return.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If the error, or reason for the return was our causing, we will refund both your original shipping charges and the return shipping charges. Once a return is received, merchandise and any applicable shipping refunds will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.

Original shipping charges will be credited in all cases that do not involve purchaser error. If the error was ours, or you were not satisfied with our product, we will refund your original shipping charges upon receipt of return. The full value of merchandise will be credited to your credit card, or equal value towards immediate exchange will be given.
