Candle care is important!
These 100% pure beeswax candles were designed to liquify in snug-fitting votive holders, such as these. They will last up to 15 hours each and remain virtually smokeless and dripless if you follow the following: Trim the wick to about ¼ inch. Only burn inside a snug votive holder. Burn away from drafts. Dunk the wick in the wax pool to extinguish it rather than blowing it or snuffing it out (a bobby pin or similar implement works well for this). Always burn in a holder, on fireproof surfaces and away from children, drafts, and anything flammable. NEVER leave candles unattended.
